Must be ready for work no less than 10 minutes early.
Assist Greek All-Star™ Awards™ Administration with Greek All-Star™ Awards™ administrative and other business.
Gather all information as assigned in a complete, correct, and timely manner.
Minimal to no grammatical errors in contact information for business prospects (i.e., email addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
Make all necessary and assigned phone calls correctly and in a timely manner.
Setup meetings with businesses, schools, churches, government offices, and individuals, etc. as deemed necessary and in conjunction with the Executive Assistant.
Write and distribute all correspondence assigned correctly and in a timely manner.
Give end-of-day work summaries and other required information.
Attend all in-person, telephone, videophone, Internet, or otherwise meetings as instructed.
Be open and flexible to sudden adjustments in schedule and duties.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Intern receives vital work experience which will aid them in transitioning to/enhancing their job opportunities not only in this field, but in several additional leadership positions.
MONETARY COMPENSATION: This position now provides an up-to $500.00 stipend based on secured and executed PAID interview and speaking engagement compensation, and you applying for this position means that you understand such.
