Oversees all Greek All-Star™ Awards™ Personnel (excluding the Executive Director).
Main link between Executive Director and all other Greek All-Star™ Awards™ Administration and Staff regarding all All-Star-Awards-related Personnel and Personnel duties status information.
Responsible for “Logistics” of entire event; ensures that all All-Star Awards Personnel are completing tasks and duties in an efficient and timely manner; ensures that all All-Star Awards Personnel are where they need to be on the day(s) of the event(s); ensures that all All-Star Awards Participants have submitted all of their documentation; ensures that all All-Star Awards Participants are where they need to be on the day(s) of the event(s); ensures all V.I.P. guests of the Executive Director (not V.I.P. seating ticket holders) are taken care of seating-wise.
Liaison between current Sponsors and Partners.
Responsible for securing additional Sponsors and Partners as well.
Completes additional All-Star Awards duties given daily or periodically by All-Star Awards Executive Director.
Will be working from home and other places to be announced.
Gather all information as assigned in a complete, correct, and timely manner.
Make all necessary and assigned phone calls correctly and in a timely manner.
Give end-of-day summaries and other required information.
Attend all in-person, telephone, videophone, Internet, or otherwise weekly meetings as instructed.
Be open and flexible to sudden adjustments in schedule and duties.
