Announcing the ‘Countdown to the 2011 National Greek All-Star™ Awards™’ Black College Tour

CLEVELAND, OH – February 20, 2011 – The National Greek Fraternity and Sorority Awards® announces that it will be joining one of its partners, the Urban League of Greater Cleveland, on a nationwide Black College Tour, leading up to the 2011 Inaugural National Launch of the Greek Fraternity and Sorority Awards®.

For more than 20 years, the Urban League of Greater Cleveland has been conducting HBCU College and University Tours. This year, 15 colleges will be divided through a northern and southern schedule on this tour, the northern of which will be accompanied by none other than the Founder and Executive Director of the National Greek Fraternity and Sorority Awards®, Tim Carthon.

“As you may or may not know, entries for the 2011 Greek All-Star™ Awards™ will end the week before the tour begins and finalists will be selected the week after the tour ends,” said Mr. Carthon, “So, this will be a perfect and unique opportunity for the individual Greeks and Greek Step Teams at these and/or neighboring colleges and universities to tell and show us, in person, why they believe they should be one who receives a 2011 Greek All-Star™ Award™ or have their team be selected to the All-Star National Teams.”
