Stepping: The Art Form™ Program

Stepping: The Art Form™ Program

Stepping: The Art Form™ Program, or STAF Program™, is a performing arts program for individuals and groups ages 11 and up (Grades 6-12). Whether you are in school or not, we are all “Students of Life.” And our STAF Program™ uses a new, unique teaching method created by Tim Carthon, Founder and Executive Director of the National Greek All-Star™ Awards™. This method is used to help program participants achieve a healthier appreciation for the arts and subsequent improved academic and life skills and achievements. This new, exclusive method is entitled:

The E.I.F.R. Perspective™*

Through our E.I.F.R. Perspective™, the STAF Program™:

  1. Blends positive life skills education with the well-known and extremely popular field of performing arts, synonymous mainly with Greek fraternities and sororities, called Stepping.
  2. Shows participants how they can transfer all that they’ve learned into every aspect of their educational life journey, thereby creating positive, enhanced educational and life-perspective shifts and subsequently the aforementioned improved academic and life achievements.

What is the “3-Tier” Stepping Mission™?

Created by the National Greek All-Star™ Awards™ Founder and Executive Director, this one-of-a-kind “3-Tier” Stepping Mission™ (or “3T”) uses a unique 3-Tier system of events and programs combined to systematically train young students in several subject matters and character traits (ranging from Leadership to Patience to the E.I.F.R. Perspective™) using Greek-letter organization collegiate role models and a well-known field of performing arts only synonymous to them: Stepping.
